Our Story
Casey Brewing and Blending is a family-operated brewery specializing in barrel-aged sour beers using local, seasonal, and wholesome ingredients. Recently, we’ve added juicy, hazy IPAs and imperial stouts to our brewing portfolio. We currently have a team of eight full-time employees, led by our owner, head brewer, and blender, Troy Casey. You can find us at two locations in Glenwood Springs, The Barrel Cellar and The Taproom. We’re consistently rated in the Rate Beer Top 100 Brewers in the World, and we pride ourselves in personally connecting with our dedicated and loyal supporters.
