Don't be afraid of this dark sour! While definitely on the darker side, the color in the beer comes from the bit of chocolate malt that only added a hint of cocoa on the nose. The biggest percentage of grain in this blend is Munich malt, giving this blend a slight sweetness and a type of fruity and tropical acidity that isn't found in our other beers.
