This blend of East Bank was fermented and aged in a single 500 liter puncheon for over 5 months. We always tweak these brews a little bit, and with this batch we really dialed in the Munich malt and honey notes. Some of our newer yeast cultures from Funky Blender made their way into this batch for some added funk!
