We present the last Peach CFP blend from the 2017 harvest, made with the variety O'Henry. This variety is known for having more acid than other varieties. It's also one of the latest varieties to develop, it's availability signaling the end of the summer for peaches. This blend showcases the massive peach juice from using over 4 pounds per gallon fruit. Bottled back in October, this beer gives Excessive Recessive a run for it's money.....
