East Bank aged for 8 months in a single oak barrel. We kind of forgot about this barrel.

This barrel was the base beer used to make Leaner, but it didn't have any of Side Project's culture in it. Fermented and aged 5 months in a single barrel. The higher gravity beer made it a great candidate for extended aging.

50% Puncheon fermented Saison aged for 6 months, 25% Comrade Collab (Hoppy farmhouse ale) and 25% High Gravity Saison.
