Supreme Clientele

Sasion base beer aged on a blend of fruits made exclusively for our Extended Family membership club.


Saison base beer, fermented on 50% Stella cherries, 33% Triple Crown blackberries, and 17% heritage raspberries.
We took Apricot CFP and added more whole peaches and nectarines. Double fruited. If we would have double dry hopped it, which we didn't, but if we did, we could have called DDH DF EF SC.
Fruit Varietal: Perfection Apricots
This year's member blend consists of 38% Raspberries from Palisade, 33% Triple Crown Blackberries and 29% Sour Balaton cherries from Hotchkiss, CO. We made this blend at a rate of 4 pounds per gallon fruit per gallon of Funky Blender.
