We’ve got one grower in Palisade where we get our Laroda plums and if we’re lucky, we get enough for a single blend during the season. This year we decided to try these elusive plums with Oak Theory. The strawberry notes from the plums used at a rate of 4 pounds per gallon and Oak Theory funk create liquid candy. This is the last Plum Cut for the season.
