If you are a hophead this Experience is meant for you. We pulled out our favorite dry-hopped beers from our cellar. You will find several vintage Oak Theory bottles that have been bottled over the years with a variety of different hops in this lineup. In addition, there will be two vintage Casey Family Preserves bottles that are both dry hopped and fruited. There is something in this Experience for every hophead. Due to the limited number of dry-hopped beers in our cellar we will only be hosting one session.
Lineup:
2016 - Dry Hopped Oak Theory - Amarillo Hops
2015 - Dry Hopped Oak Theory - Amarillo and Simcoe Hops
2016 - Dry Hopped Oak Theory - Citra and Simcoe Hops
2017 - Dry Hopped Casey Family Preserves Apricot - Nelson and Galaxy Hops
2017 - Dry Hopped Casey Family Preserves Peach - Nelson
We went deep into the cellar for this Experience to find you what we believe to be the best aged stone fruit bottles. The fruits featured are peaches, nectarines and apricots showcasing a variety of our base beers. Most of the bottles in this lineup were aged on approximately four pounds per gallon of fresh whole fruit. This means there is about 20 pounds of fruit in these juicy Casey beers for just one Experience.
Lineup:
2017 - Supreme Clientele - Apricot and Peach
2015 - The Cut - Suncrest Peaches
2015 - Fruit Stand - Elberta Peaches
2018 - Casey Family Preserves - Perfection Apricots
2017 - Casey Family Preserves - Independence Nectarines
If you love spirit barrel-aged beers, this Experience is meant for you. We pulled out a variety of spirit barrel blends from our cellar. In our line up we have different base beers aged in Whiskey, Gingercello, Bourbon, and Port Barrels. You will taste the first barrel-aged beer we ever did, Advanced Oak Theory that was aged in a local Woody Creek Whiskey Barrel. We have had this bottle in our cellar a while and know that it is still tasting great. We also found a few bottles of our 2019 Gingercello Saison. The ginger and lemon notes in this are insane. We’ll taste how intensely fruited beers blended with Bourbon barrel-aged East Bank are doing and compare them to Port East Bank to finish it up. This is going to be a good one!
Line Up:
2015 - Advanced Oak Theory Woody Creek Whiskey Barrel
2018 - Bourbon Barrel East Bank Preserves - Blackberry
2019 - Gingercello Saison
2019 - Bourbon Barrel East Bank Preserves - Benton Sweet Cherry & Vanilla
2021 - Port Barrel East Bank
I’ll never forget when we first brewed Funky Blender in 2016. The flavors were so much different than anything else we’d tasted at the time, but still distinctly Casey. It’s been a staple blending component ever since. In this Experience, we’ll start with the first blend and work our way through different iterations along the way and finish with the longest oak-aged beer we’ve ever done - Season Past from 2018 which was aged for two years.
Lineup:
2016 - Funky Blender - Batch 1
2017 - Funky Blender - A Side
2018 - Funky Blender Preserves - Raspberry/Blackberry/Cherry
2017 - Dry Hopped Funky Blender - Galaxy/Nelson
2018 - Seasons Past - Funky Blender Aged in Oak for Two Years
