In Our Tasting Room
We are excited about the 2018 Great American Beer Festival and it is right around the corner. We have a great lineup of events and will be pouring some of our most limited beers this year in Denver and in our Tasting Room. Just to give you a sneak peak of what we will have onsite in our Tasting Room, we will be pouring Funky Blender Preserves Raspberry and Fruit Stand Apricot. Both beers will be available on draft, in our newly remodeled tasting room, and in bottles for onsite consumption and to go. We will also be pulling some special beers from our cellar, for onsite consumption only, throughout the weekend. We have also have new Casey stemware and a few limited edition merchandise items, available in the tasting room.
New Beers on Draft and To Go
Our first Funky Blender Preserves was released for our 4 Year Anniversary and was a brand new addition to our original Funky Blender series lineup. In the future you will be seeing Funky Blender fruited at a rate of 2 pounds per gallon and a dry hopped version. For this weekend we are releasing our Funky Blender Preserves – Raspberry. We sourced purple raspberries from eastern Utah and used them in the blend at a rate of over 4 pounds per gallon on our Funky Blender base beer.
Apricot Fruit Stand! We haven’t released this beer since 2015 and could not be more excited to have a fresh blend available this fall. Made with whole Colorado organic Perfection apricots at a rate of over 2 pounds per gallon. The sweet apricot aroma and flavors blend harmoniously with the distinct Saison base beer. Apricots are one of the first fruits to bloom in Colorado, and as such are the most susceptible to late season frost which makes this beer even more special that we are able to share it with you this year. We could not wait to share these new beers with you, so we are starting sessions on Wednesday, September 19th and will have our last session for the public on Saturday, September 22nd.
